Diamond Peak Ski Resort

2006/2007

[Lift Tickets, Equipment Rental/Repair Shop, Ski & Snowboard Lessons, Child Ski Center]

Family at Diamond Peak with Lake Tahoe view - Click to Zoom

They call Diamond Peak "Lake Tahoe's" Premier Family Ski Resort." Good idea. It's a great get-a-way. When it comes to getting to the mountain fast, getting as many runs in as possible, skiing great terrain and being treated like an old friend, Tahoe locals have the best advice -- go to Diamond Peak.

You won't waste time sitting in traffic, waiting in long lift lines, and pushing through crowds. You will treasure our friendly atmosphere because whether you are alone, or with a large group, the staff makes you feel like family.

Put this all together with 360 degrees of amazing Lake Tahoe and Sierra Nevada views and we are confident you will have the best ski experience you can find at Lake Tahoe.

Amazing place? You bet.

Your pulse rises, you take a deep breath and you're off. Brilliant sun. Incredible snow. Crisp, fresh air. Freedom at last. At Diamond Peak you can go up and down our mountain all day, and you will never get over the views. Come experience Diamond Peak and rediscover why you started skiing and snowboarding in the first place.

The resort's classic design offers terrain to encourage beginners and challenge the best. Families in particular feel safer here as all of the runs funnel into one base area. Kids can actually ski by themselves while Mom and Dad take some turns on their own, worry free.

It's an undiscovered mountain which means lift lines are shorter, prices are more affordable, and service is second to none.

Experience our new high speed quad "Crystal Express". Get up to 8,450 vertical feet in about 5 minutes! We will get you to the top faster and easier so you can spend more time skiing, less time on the lift. This year Diamond Peak's terrain park will be bigger and better than ever before. The park will be filled with rails and boxes as well as all kinds of kickers and table tops. Skiers and boarders can go big on our massive kickers or learn to slide on our low flat boxes. There will be terrain features for all abilities in the terrain park. New for 2006/2007-Diamond Peak teamed up with Burton Snowboards to make learning to snowboard easy and fun! Burton's specially designed snowboards are softer flexing and easier to turn. The right equipment teamed up with proven teaching techniques make learning simple. Burton LTR boards are included in each of these beginner snowboard group lesson packages. Come check us out!
