Lake Tahoe ski lease is a convenient and affordable way to enjoy the
winter season. Sierra Mountain Properties offers a number of homes and town
homes located on the North Shore, Tahoe City Area and on the West Shore
Homewood/Tahoma Area. To reserve a ski lease property, a non-refundable deposit
equal to one month’s rent is required, along with a completed credit application
and a $30.00 credit check charge for at least one person named on the lease. The
full amount of rent, plus the security and utility deposits are typically due 45
days prior to the start of the lease. The rates quoted include everything except
gas, electric, long distance phone, firewood, and snow removal. Pets permitted
in pet friendly properties upon approval.
 Tahoe Moon Properties, established in 1999, is a relatively small property management company which aims to give personalized service to renters. Ski Lease accommodations currently include homes in Squaw Valley and Tahoe City. Ski Lease applications for 2009/2010 season are NOW being accepted.

Ski lease cabins and vacation homes are rented by a group of people, usually from November till April of the following year. Intended use of ski leases is for weekend skiers who would like to have a place to stay and leave equipment and clothes without the hassles of renting a hotel or motel.
Lake Tahoe ski lease properties from Tahoe Park Realty are available for 4 month and 5 month periods with starting dates in November, December and January. Ski lease applications for 2009/2010 season will be accepted toward end of July.

blocks. There's a boat launch within one mile.
