Ski lease cabins and vacation homes are rented by a group of people, usually from November till April of the following year. Intended use of ski leases is for weekend skiers who would like to have a place to stay and leave equipment and clothes without the hassles of renting a hotel or motel.
Lake Tahoe ski lease properties from Tahoe Park Realty are available for 4 month and 5 month periods with starting dates in November, December and January. Ski lease applications for 2007/2008 season will be accepted toward end of July.
