While the other two-thirds offers beginners and intermediates excellent terrain to have fun with while honing their skills. Weather? How about 76% sunny days and 360 inches of snow in a season.

To further complement the extensive off-piste skiing and riding, Heavenly has added six new groomers to its fleet of Bombardier 350s, making it the largest such fleet in North America. Numbering sixteen, the fleet now grooms the slopes twice daily — dawn and noon. Now, guests don’t have to be the first ones on the slopes to achieve maximum corduroy enjoyment. Snowmaking capacity continues to grow with current run coverage at 70%. Freeriders will flip for the “sick” terrain features found in Heavenly’s High Roller Terrain Parks and the largest superpipe in the Tahoe Basin carved by a monster 22-foot Zaugg pipe cutter, one of only two in North America.
