NEWS 5/5/08: Spring skiing conditions have been great right up to the very end! Like so many good things, this year's Skiing and Snowboarding season is drawing to an end with Alpine Meadows and Heavenly closing for the season yesterday and the last of the ski resorts, Squaw Valley, closing next Sunday, May 11, 2008. This has been an incredible season and there is still some great snow at the top of Squaw Valley, so escape to Lake Tahoe and get in on some fabulous spring skiing and maybe even a round of Lake Tahoe Golf.
